Bill Brennan named President and CEO of Credo Semiconductor

December 2, 2013 – Credo Semiconductor announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Bill Brennan as President and CEO effective immediately.  Mr. Brennan also was elected as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Brennan brings more than 20 years experience in leading and scaling organizations to deliver revenue growth and profit. Mr. Brennan most recently served as Executive Vice President of Vital Connect, Inc. where he was responsible for Business Strategy and Partner Development. Prior to Vital Connect Inc., Mr. Brennan served as Vice President, Storage Business Unit of Marvell Semiconductor for 11 years, where he led the organization to revenue growth from $20M to more than $1.6B annually. He also served in senior roles working with NEC Electronics and Texas Instruments.
