Most recently, Bill served as Executive Vice President of Vital Connect, Inc. where he was responsible for Business Strategy and Partner Development. Prior to Vital Connect Inc., Bill served as Vice President, Storage Business Unit of Marvell Semiconductor for 11 years.

Lawrence Cheng

Lawrence Cheng has over 20 years experience in Analog Design. Prior to Credo, Lawrence served as Engineering Director of Analog Design for Marvell Storage Products from 1997 to 2008. He designed the Analog Frontend for Credo's 28G and 56G Serdes in various process nodes since 2008.

Dr. Runsheng He

Dr. Runsheng He has over 20 years IC system architect experience. Prior to Credo, Dr. He served as Senior Director of Architecture Group for Marvell Ethernet Products and had been with Marvell Semiconductor from 1998 to 2008.

Arshan Aga

Arshan Aga brings more than 15 years’ experience in analog design and management. Previously, he served as Vice President of Hardware Engineering at Vital Connect, Inc. for where he was responsible for overseeing chip, hardware, firmware and bio-sensor algorithm development. Prior to that, Arshan was a Design Manager at Marvell Semiconductor in the storage business unit where he designed and managed high speed analog circuits for storage products.

Michael Lampe

Mike brings more than 30 years’ experience in semiconductor sales, building global sales organizations. Prior to Credo, Mike served as Vice President of Connectivity Sales at MACOM where he was responsible for worldwide sales of their Connectivity product lines. Prior to MACOM, Mike held various sales and sales management roles at Marvell Semiconductor, Applied Micro and Quantance.

Rajan Pai

Rajan Pai is responsible for developing high performance transceiver solutions serving a broad market including service provider, data center and enterprise segments. Prior to joining Credo, he led the Storage Business Unit at Marvell delivering storage solutions for hard-disk drive and solid-state drive market. Rajan has more than 20 years of experience in mixed signal design development and has served in various leadership roles in applications, marketing and sales for numerous customer product designs.

Dr. Haoli Qian

Dr. Haoli Qian has over 10 years of communication system architect experience with deep knowledge and insights in mixed-signal architecture optimization. Prior to Credo, Dr. Qian was the design manager and system architect leader for Marvell Ethernet Products and had been with Marvell Semiconductor from 2004 to 2009.

Joe Sheredy

Joe Sheredy brings over 30 years of experience in the data storage market in both HDD/SSD development as well as the IC industry supporting those products. Prior to joining the Credo team, Joe was with Marvell Semiconductor from 2000 to 2015, last serving as Vice President of Systems Engineering, Storage Business Unit.

Adam Thorngate-Gottlund

Adam Thorngate-Gottlund is an experienced transactional attorney with particular expertise in securities, corporate governance, and technology transactions. Prior to joining Credo, he practiced at a law firm in Silicon Valley where he advised start-ups and their founders on the broad range of issues arising during formation, through funding and growth, to exit. Adam’s responsibilities cover the full range of Credo’s legal needs. From corporate record keeping and intellectual property to immigration and export control, Adam brings a balanced approach to his role as General Counsel. With personal experience founding and running small companies, he is able to be a practical advisor to Credo’s employees, management, and Board.

Jeff Twombly

Jeff Twombly has extensive knowledge in marketing and in selling complex, high-value based solutions to enterprise, networking, data center and telecommunications corporations. Jeff brings over two decades of marketing, sales, and business development experience to Credo. He thrives in technology evangelization, business development, sales, and support. Before joining Credo, Jeff held key senior executive positions at Frequentz, Parallocity, SiNett, and Cavium Networks.

 

 

VP, OPERATIONS

Dr. Albert Wu

Dr. Albert Wu serves at Credo's Vice President to Operation. Prior to joining Credo, Dr. Wu served in key manufacturing technology leader roles in several successful Fabless companies from startup to IPO or M&A, including Marvell Semiconductor, Inc., Silicon Spice, Inc., Monolithic System Technologies, Inc. and ISSI, after leaving his R&D career at Intel Corporation where he was an active contributor in advanced process technology development in the Component Research department which explores future technologies 5+ years ahead into the future. The last tenure Dr. Wu had before joining Credo Semiconductor, Inc. is 15 years of Vice President of Operations at Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. where he leads the department to support company growth from a startup to an S&P500, billions of dollar annual revenue operations.
